So far we lose: Braintree, St Albans, Lewes and Thurrock. Oneof Chelmsford, Woking, Farnborough and Ebbsfleet will also be leaving the league.
We will definitely gain: Truro, Sutton and Eastbourne.
That leaves 2 gaps in the league to fill which will be the winner of the Ryman play offs (although Lowestoft is further north than some conference north teams, the way they have been dealt with in the pyramid suggests all efforts will be made to keep them in the south - I'm hoping for Tonbridge though) and either Salisbury or Histon.
Salisbury are playing Hednesford in the Southern League play off final. Whilst Salisbury would come into our league, Hednesford would go into the conference north. Histon fans will no doubt be supporting Hednesford otherwise they will have some pretty harsh trips north next year.
Also, given the ongoing uncertainty for many clubs from a financial perspective, I fully expect Thurrock at least to be reprieved over the course of the off season.

So with all games in we should be looking at
Truro, Sutton, Tonbridge, Sailsbury and Eastbourne Borough in the league next season...
Given Truro and Sailsbury and Eastleigh will be near enough full-time plus the always strong Chelmsford and the other 2 teams to not go up in the playoffs, dover and welling... next season does not look easy in the slightest.
I'll take 10th as a massive achievement next season, but expect somewhere between 11th to 15th. This may be revised once I know the signings ahead of the new season.

I think tenth would be a fine achievement next season given we're looking at an even more reduced budget. Gonna need a FA Cup run to bring in vital cash and reignite local interest.
