Just had a thought about the exact details of our previous performances in BSS, so we can compare seasons and thus our progress.
2007/2008 - Our first season up (that was the season we splashed money at it - Osborn/Bowry took over mid way) 5 points adrift from playoffs
11 Bromley 42 19 7 16 77 : 66 (+11) 64
2008/2009 - Goldberg came back, we cut the budget and finished the season with a team of young promising kids 23 points adrift of playoffs
13 Bromley 42 15 9 18 60 : 64 (-4) 54
2009/2010 - Some think we had a chance in this season, I say nonsense. Bird came in midway so did new players and we sucked - 17 points adrift from playoffs
12 Bromley 42 15 10 17 68 : 64 (+4) 55
2010/2011 - ? (whatever happens we should get our best ever placing - you would hope) but what this shows for me is this league is exceptionally difficult to make a concerted challenge for. That first season is the closest we've come and we were spending shed loads to come 11th (Hockton, Williams, Bowry, Osborn) that side didnt come cheap.

Lookin good for 1oth at least ,Havant lost at home to Lewes. To be honest apart from the 1st season (until Goldberg left) this was the first time i even thought we had a chance of the play offs ,when you look at the likes of Havant not making play offs it shows how tough this league is and its not likely to get any easier next season
