Guiesley came from 2-0 down against Chorley to win 3-2 and win the Conference North play-offs. They join Barrow in promotion.
Boreham Wood are currently 2-1 up over Whitehawk in the Conference South play-off Final.

Armchairraven and I took the replacement bus service from Manchester up to Chorley yesterday to see who'd be joining us next season. Chorley were 2 up at the break and I was very impressed with their direct and robust approach. Their number 9 James Dean (certainly not a lookalike of his famous namesake) was a bruiser of an old school centre forward in the Wade Falana/Mark Tompkins style, the likes of which you don't get much these days and I remarked at half time that Guiseley had been so greatly outclassed that the result was a formality. The second half turned it on its head and I don't know how Guiseley turned it around, but they did. Chorley's ground is up there with Twerton Park and Hayes Lane as one of the best classic old-school stadia in the country and part of me is sad not to see us visit there next season, but on the other hand you'd not want to drink in any pub in that town and Leeds is a far better place for a day out/drink up, so I have no complaints. Now to see who triumphs at Wembley next week and our itinerary for 2015/16 is complete.

Nice one Will - I also looked up both clubs prior to their play off final, doing a bit of research on Google earth etc as you do, and I was more than hoping that it was Guiseley that went up. The Chorley ground didn't look like it was located in the nicest area that I'd ever seen (understatement) and Guiseley looked a much better bet for an away day in a decent area. Got to say Guiseley's highlights are extremely professional: youtu.be/ptZrSH2lQeY
