Sounds like Enfield Town have had a points deduction ruling them out of the Play offs. They'll be replaced by Met Police which means a very real possibility that the Met may be playing Conference South football next year!!! (however unlikely that is given their away form this season)

Lets not be that big shot conference club who looks down their noses at the rest of the non-league fraternity. I've always kept an eye on the Ryman South and Premier since we went up and will do so with the Conference South next year too. Advantage Boreham Wood in the conference south play-off semis, in fairness, they probably deserve to join us.

Looks like it may well shape up to be a BW - Basingstoke final. Wouldn't want to pick the winner out of those two.

Well said, Exiled.
Will - I was at the Enclosed Ground last night and I have to disagree with you. Whitehawk were the better side and except for some wayward finishing (and goal keeping) should really have put the tie to bed.
I probably favour Wood's chances overall, though.

Fair, although I guess Whitehawk may regret not having made the most of home advantage last night. I'd like them to go up though. The Enclosed ground would be a bit of a culture shock for the likes of Tranmere.

I hate to say I told you so, mate... But I told you so. Still just about fancy BWFC for the final, though.

I thought Enfield were having their appeal heard yesterday. No news at the moment. This is a joke.

What a complete and utter shambles The FA are. Absolutely disgusting. So sad that these idiots are in control of football in this country. All they care about is money money money. Absolute scumbags. You have to remember, if their decision is Enfield, then Met Police will most likely launch an appeal, so it will go on and on and on.
The fact they told Enfield no further action would be taken as well. Its so wrong.

The FA's decision stands. What an absolutely massive injustice to Enfield Town. I feel so so so sorry for them. Absolutely disgusting.

Maybe, but two wrongs dont make it right.Player was ineligable,he should have known how many bookings he'd had and the club should check when they sign a new player. Plenty of teams been docked points or fined and sometimes both. Sad for the fans and the other players but the rules are there for a reason and the FA are pretty shambolic agreed.
