To right the Bricklayers is full of Bromley fans singing while premier league. Robots stare at a TV. It's happened and today will live in the memory till the old wooden stairs. I shed a tear at full time and looked where I stood with my old man and grandad many moons ago! I hugged Michael Crowhurst we went there as schoolboys. This pastime of non league is not all about winning. It's about belonging to something that not many people get nowdays. Hard yards with little glory and few returns. It's been a bloody pleasure ladies and gentlemen. Today is ours. It proves the longer you wait for rewards the sweeter it tastes. HMS Goldberg has sailed with full colours flying into tonight's sunset. Huzzar!

Get the Mayor on board (literally) and use it as a promotional tour for us next season. Sod it, tour the whole borough (best make St Mary Cray the last stop though as a bus without wheels = shanks's pony)

Don't forget the HG Wells Centre - Free drinks there for the team if the Bus stops in St Marks Road
