THURSDAY CLUB SHOP UPDATE

Well Ravens the big day is getting ever closer, for me personally it's taken 54 years for our club to be in this position of winning the league. I remember very clearly that day in 1961 when we won the Isthmian League, beating St.Albans 4-2, the memory has stayed with me ever since. I'm not sure how I will keep my emotions in check on Saturday, but at least I have the club shop to run to keep me sane until kick off.

As mentioned on previous threads, for those supporters who are thinking of running onto the pitch as soon as the whistle has gone, PLEASE, PLEASE WAIT UNTIL OUR STEWARD'S HAVE DIRECTED US. All it takes is one idiot, the referee could report it to the league and points could be deducted. I wouldn't like to be in that fans shoes.

For those supporter's who have not voted for their player of the season, Saturday is your last chance. Voting slips are inside the shop.

In the club shop our sale is still on going, Replica Shirts are reduced to £19.50 as well as many other items. We shall have a special price for the BFC FLAG, reduced from £10 to £5, I only have limited amounts so please hurry, they will be in demand for Saturday as well as for our trip to Gosport, many RAVENS will no doubt by flying the flag on the tug boat from Portsmouth Harbour to Gosport.

I can imagine it's going to be one very emotional day for you on Saturday Lord Raven. If we've got the title sewn up with a couple of minutes to go it may be us who's having to hold YOU back from getting on the pitch early!! I know I'm a relative newcomer supporting the club compared to many, and it already means a hell of a lot to me after such a short space of time, so I know how much winning the league will mean to many hundreds more on Saturday. There won't be a dry eye in the stadium come 5 o clock if we're successful.
