From what I read on here the club needs cash so will downplay attendance to save VAT.

On the Borehamwood website they are bragging that due to an upturn in their away following they are bringing a minibus to today's game. Woo bloody Hoo!! Probably the biggest game in the history of both clubs (league wise, before anybody gives me stick about Amateur Cup Finals etc) and they are bringing a bloody minibus. It's laughable!!!

Think that there will be at least 1500 and wouldn't be surprised if 2000 mark is breached.
ps. Borehamwood 14/5 at bet365 or 13/8 draw no bet for emotional insurance

talking of away support, I went to Ebbsfleet v Whitehawk yesterday, The Hawks had about 30 fans there who never stopped singing for the whole 90 minutes, (well 70 minutes for those who punctured on M23) they got poked 3-0 but nevermind, cracking bunch they were, inspirational

Great result anyway. Blimey, Basingstoke were down to nine men and scored the winner in the last minute according to 5live.

Your powers of prognostication never cease to impress me, AR. It can be no coincidence that you share your initials with an equally clued-up businessman of our mutual acquaintance.

There was about six Whitehawk fans at Brom and they were great fun never stopped singing and jingling their keys, whats that all about ? That's the Whitehawk Ultras. Truth is, they (knowingly) satirise many of the excesses associated with European ultras: they're left of centre without being strident, they have a wonderful awareness of their numerical limitations, and they bring a very English sense of surrealism to their endeavours. I don't mind admitting that Whitehawk is my second favourite Conference South side - after Chelmsford, obviously - and their good-natured ultras are a big part of that. Just don't get me started on Dulwich Hamlet or Clapton.

The keys is news to me... Haven't encountered that one just yet. I can only imagine they were expressing left-wing solidarity with the owners of Stonebridge Road-registered motor vehicles despoiled by certain members of the HLF.
Only logical, when you think about it.
