Thurrock are back in the BSS as a result of Rushden and Diamonds being kicked out of the BSP.There is also now the possibility that Bishops Stortford who are now in BSN will resign from that league and there place could well be taken byChelmsford.

you have to feel sorry for a team who are based next door to one of London's airports being asked to play in the BSN. I also don't see the logic as to why Chelmsford would want to go into BSN

That will save Lewes, but it's very rough on Stortford and Chokeford. Why should they have to pay for the mismanagement at Rushden? Stortford are basically being relegated despite doing nothing wrong.

Stortford are appealing to The FA, and rightly so i reckon, some of the round trips for them in BSN will be over 500 miles.

Got to say its harsh on stortford, but all the while no midlands feeder league exists you will get situations like this. Not too gutted that Stortford have gone mind, hate going there. At least Thurrock is close.

I said Thurrock would stay up somehow! They must be competing with Weston for the record of most times reprieved at this level!
Stortford are appealing their move up and rightly so in my view. There are 2 more likely candidates that should be shifted up north:
1) Thurrock - they have been reprieved. They have no right to be in this league. Their reprieve should be conditional on being allocated to the division where there is a vacancy, ie the North. They of course, should then have the option of declining. If they did so, the next relegated team with the highest points (ie Lewes) should be given the option and so on. Why should Stortford pay for Thurrock being reprieved?
2) Weston - technically south of Stortford but close to existing Northern teams like Gloucester and Worcester and with great motorway links to the west midlands where half the northern teams are anyway.

The other alternative which I cannot work out is reprieve Hythe in the BSN, who while finishing on 36 points and Thurrock 37 (BSN teams played 2 games less)...madness!
Still wont miss going to stortford mind

You can't send Weston north, if you did it would mean Truro's nearest away game would be about 1,000 miles away!
