If nothing is sorted soon, and with Hayden still working for the club, do you think HD will take over again in the interim?
It could be pre-season with the Academy lads and the few (if any) who have decided to stay from last season.

I think something has got to happen by the end of this week Col, HB may take over but we need to get permenant appointment sorted and a team put together soon as. With pre-season only just over 3 weeks away when do you reckon the first training session will be?

Still think we're jumping the gun here. We know the club don't respond or react to speculation & we know Jerry is no idiot & looking to make a quick buck out of the club. Whatever is happening, is happening because he's trying to get the best for the club. It could be that it does fall down & we just have Harwood + Academy kids initially, but players will want to come here & bigger clubs will send players on loan here. Also don't forget that only a few weeks were going on about not wanting to give out too many contracts, so surely the last thing we want is a load of players on contract already.
I'm gonna wait a few more weeks before being concerned as I do think late June is when press releases need to start being written every few days about the comings & goings, to drum up enthusiasm from fans ahead of pre-season.
How many of last year's team do we know have already signed for anyone else?

To be fair,i think with HB in the background,there is always going to be the speculation of him taking over as interim boss at any given time if we don't have a manager or if one that we have is under pressure.For any manager who comes in,with HB still there could they really feel totally comfortable? As for the team,i for one would be happy if the academy boys get a chance as having seen them,they do fight and play for each other.How many times did we moan that the first team last season did not show any of that?

BT has a good point about last years team, hopefully it will mean the likes of Mckenzie will still be with us (subject to manager etc) Better than any bloody soap opera on the TV this!
