The problem actually is, whatever players may or may not be out there, its asking a lot for anyone to stick around hoping Bromley have a manager soon. At current I can only presume Tutu/Graves/Harwood are left.... I dont think its an exaggeration to say a whole new team is going to have to be built.

I think Gillman went to Dover for relatively 'big money' certainly for this level. But he lives in Bexley I think so it's some drive down there two or three times a week and may possibly mess around with other (work) commitments. Wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to play nearer to home but there are of couse a whole host of teams in and around the M25.

Dont think Gilman will be back he will be out of our league moneywise ,he left for money & a more ambitous club who could cope with Conference football. Gutted we missed out on Adeniyi i wonder if we had contact with him but maybe he wanted less travel & to play for enjoyment. No suprise Main back with Tonbridge but they cant seem to afford Chris Piper which makes me doubt we could ,he would be a fantastic signing real captain /leader ,quality footballer.I am even more worried about next season now ,who are we going to sign ?

Worrying times mikeyh, its looking at the moment, unless Jerry can pull a few rabbits from hats that next season could be a struggle. Piper would be a cracking signing, but if Tonbridge cant afford him i doubt we could.

Dover keeper Ross Flitney has not signed a new deal there because of the two hour commute to and from Dover from his home in Stevenage. Good keeper

I see Andy Walker is back at Hayes Lane again next season....wearing that awful Cray kit. Also Hamaci was mentioned earlier in this thread - he's gone to Carshalton

Danny Kedwell - from KFC
Think he's handed in his transfer request
Now that would be a nice marquee signing to get the new manager (whoever it is) off to a good start

I think Kedwell would be well out of our price range

Heard Kedwell lives in Chatham so he will end up in Gillingham ,also Vines has gone to carshalton who look to have some cash ,Andy Walker might be busy when Cray play them.

With Birchall having left Dover for gillingham I read that McBean is on trial down there. Dover forum posts look just like ours when it comes to his performance for them last night!

Nice spot Bt, I think they've been cut and pasting from our forum from last season, and the one before that too! Still wish him well and hope he comes good somewhere, just a shame it wasn't us last year. Who was the lump up front 2nd half saturday? He got taken out a few times but I reckon he could be a good target man, he certainly didn't pull out of any headers, was it Beasants son?

The big striker was Dave Beasants son ,thought he did ok . As for Mcbean i dont see why anyone would wish him well if i just turned up for work & did nothing i doubt i would last long ,hate people who think they are entitled to something without putting in the work .

I'm not his biggest fan, but I do think if you look at his record over the whole time he was with us, it holds up really well. Just a shame it ended like that, & maybe those last few months of last season were where a Paul vines style of player was more what we needed.
I think he got the message in the end last year & finished with some credit, which sadly you can't say about Finn
