Having just heard that Sheringham has signed a new deal with Dartford and other clubs either signing or releasing players,managers changing clubs,it would be really nice to hear that we have sorted things out.Feel very frustrated at not knowing whether rumours that we are all hearing are true or false,whether we are getting any new players in,letting any go.Is HB manager or not? Is MG back and manager or not? Is Dunk signing a new contract or going? Are any of the kids that i watched the last couple of weeks going to be offered the chance of stepping up and being given a contract or not? Can we have some answers please.

If Bromley FC maintain policy from the last couple of years, don't expect to hear much in the next month. If we build a team like the one we had out at last pre-season, I won't be complaining.

Dazza, whilst you're talking perfect sense, I think the club had a few problems a while back when someone involved with the club back then, released details of a signing before it had happened & it all went a bit awry. Someone else will remember the details better than i can, but I think the club took the opposite strategy after that incident & don't confirm anything til it's 100% certain.
I'm not too worried either about things either; we've a good record in recent years of young players with ambition & quality to play at a higher level, being given the chance to prove it by playing with a style of play that allows those players to shine, & then getting the chance to show they can perform at a higher level. Sam Wood seemed to be injured a fair bit this year, but Garath McLeary scored a wonder goal recently & Ryan Hall despite his off the field troubles, seemed to play a major part in a sucessful season for Southend, after they started it signing a load of freebies due to zero money.

I asked Iona this a few days back on twitter, apparantly we cant physically sign anyone unless on a contract basis for about a month. But it would be nice to know who were retaining on contracts, and who is our manager!
