See Chelmsford have announced a price freeze and introduced a free entry for kids under age 11.The kids part is a brilliant PR move and given they have more fans than us going through there gates,to still offer this is only going to increase there fan base further.

A good effort. There are two prices though, one for terrace and one for a seat in the stand. And they are: Adults £185 and £210 Concessions £120 and £145 Kids 12 - 16 £25 and £35 Under 12's £free and £21 If you want the same seat guaranteed every week it is a cool £265
Matchday prices are: Adults £11.50 and £12.50 Concessions £7.50 and £8.50
So if we're at £12 and £6 we're pretty much in line with Chelmsford, or as they might put it we're raising our prices to only match their prices of last season.
Always good to get the kids in of course but not sure how they will manage free to under 11's. If it is free for all under 11's will they be inundated with masses of young kids roaming around unsupervised? Who is responsible for them from a health and safety perspective? Those sorts of deals are usuall linked to something like: "up to four kids free with one paying adult" or similar.
